What is the highest number you can make by moving only 2 planks in this brain puzzle?

The solution cannot include exponents and all digits must be the same size.

Grab Some Brain Blox

Grab some Brain Blox planks (or anything with a similar shape) and lay them out on a table so they look like the number 508 in the above photo.

Now the fun begins.  See if you can figure out the highest possible number that can be created by moving only 2 planks.

If you make a number higher than 508, that's good, but maybe you can make one that's even higher!  So keep trying new ideas until you think you have the best possible solution.
